On the Argentinean side of the Los Glaciares National Park, Perito Moreno Glacier is an incredible sight. Fed by the Southern Patagonian Ice Field, it is one of very few glaciers that’s advancing rather than retreating. This 30-kilometre-long juggernaut of ice inches its way into Lake Argentino where, on a daily basis, vast chunks of ice break off it’s 74 metre face and thunder into the water below. Viewing decks are perfectly placed to admire this magnificent sight and enjoy the action!
