We really loved Thailand and Laos, the accommodation was great and the trips excellent as were both our guides the only reason for not giving 5 stars is because when we arrived in Bangkok early morning after a sleepless flight we were told our room would not be ready till 2pm. We were exhausted but had to wait in the reception for 4-5 hrs even though the hotel was half empty due to coronavirus. The boat journey down the Mekong seemed to go on forever, in the itinerary it suggests the second day will be just to visit Pak Ou caves and then check into hotel but in reality we were on the boat longer than day one. Everyone on board agreed they had had enough cruising by then. Unfortunately because of the pandemic we were stuck for an extra 3 days but I would just like to say that our guide Ken was exceptional and would not leave us until we were at the airport with tickets in hand, I really do hope that you recognise his dedication and professionalism.
Excellent holiday, well planned lovely hotels, fabulous food, great group of people.
The guide was excellent, the itinerary was great, could of done with a rest day in between and would of been good if our flight had been in the morning the same as the rest of the group, plus they all seemed to have more luggage allowance and came business class which we had asked for on more than one occasion but told unavailable, other than that it was an excellent experience and would definitely recommend you to other friends.
This was our first tour with you and from start to finish we were guided by Isaac who made sure everything went smoothly. He was laid back - but on the ball - always available and very informative.
A very good tour until we reached Sihanoukville the beach resort. Driving into the city was just a big construction site you could not believe the amount of building work right through the city till we reached the hotel gate.We were not informed of all the construction work going on all around. A high percentage of the tour had tummy problems. We should never have been sent there.

We enjoyed our Costa Rica trip very much, and our guide Izaac was extremely knowledgeable.
His sunny personality, and that of Javier the driver, meant that the group had many laughs. If Isaac didn't know about something, he soon found out and got back to us.
They were meticulous all the time about hand cleansing before we boarded the coach.
The hotels were all excellent, the food not always brilliant, but then we accepted that rice and beans would always be on every menu along with other choices.
This was our forth Wendy Wu tour and we hope to go somewhere with you next year.

The holiday went well and was very enjoyable until the last couple of days went it all went pearshaped. I accept that these are exceptional times but Wendy Wu gave the impression that they weren't interested at all. Our guide had to contact his office in Vietnam who had to contact the office in Australia. They in turn had to contact head office in the UK. It meant that by the time any decision was forthcoming the situation had changed and the advice was out of date. One fellow traveller had his flight cancelled by Viet Nam airlines and WW told him to contact the airline. He had to make his own arrangements as did the Australian contingent. It was the first and last time I will book with Wendy Wu.

Good range of different things to do and places to see - temples to beaches to wildlife.
Hotels ranged from adequate to excellent. Food quality and variety was better than we expected
A really good tour guide and our fellow travellers were excellent company.
Would recommend despite the impact of Corona Virus cutting out a few later trips but that was beyond anyone's ability to control..
Despite the problems with the virus - we were the last group out - Wendy Wu were amazing both during the trouble free part of the holiday and resolving the issues as they arose and getting us home safely.
We thought the programme was very good and we explored quite a lot of Costa Rica. There was a nice combination of meals supplied and time to buy your own meals.
Isaac, our tour guide, was excellent. Very knowledgeable, with a good sense of humour who looked after us very well. Good organisation from Wendy Wu and friendly helpful staff when you ring.
Excellent holiday, good hotels, lovely food. Tour guides excellent as usual. Like the reusable drinks bottles. Sometimes a little rushed but tours are always action packed with lots to fit in.
The holiday was excellent the only thing that spoiled it was the coronavirus. and having to wear masks. And the tour director (Tam ) was excellent.
Excellent itinerary, good hotels, exciting attractions, great flights and top notch back up from the Customer Support Team. Despite the virus, they kept us on the road and just got back in time unscathed.
We were hoping this tour would be the holiday of a lifetime and it certainly was. Our guide, Corina, was fantastic and evry country we visited had something special.
FANTASTIC
The holiday was fine. However the attitude of Wendy Wu when help was needed to leave Vietnam quickly was appalling. Their only concern was money. Contacting them on our return, paid for by ourselves, was unbelievable. I was told that the unused flights were cancelled only to receive emails from the airlines advising us changes to flight times. We will not use Wendy Wiu again as they appeared to have lied to us. Nor will I recommend them to friends and family. Such a pity as our 1st trip with them had been excellent.
