Flight disruption continues across the Middle East due to ongoing airspace closures and widespread cancellations.
Despite this, the majority of Wendy Wu Tours customers have successfully joined their tours via alternative routes and carriers. All our tours are operating as normal (with the exception of Jordan, due to the updated FCDO advice).
The safety and wellbeing of our customers remains our highest priority. We are closely monitoring developments and following the latest advice from the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) to ensure we continue to operate safely and responsibly.

Affecting clients flying with Emirates, Etihad or Qatar
The team at Wendy Wu Tours has been working in departure date order to rebook all affected clients onto alternative airlines, so they can join their tour as planned.
If you are due to travel on or before 31 July and haven’t heard from us yet, please get in touch.
Where no alternative flights are available:
For Land Only packages, standard booking terms and conditions remain in effect. Please coordinate with your airline or travel agent and notify us of your revised arrival details so we can update your transfer arrangements accordingly.
All bookings remain subject to standard booking conditions.

If you are scheduled to travel with us later this year and are currently booked on Emirates, Qatar, or Etihad but would like to switch airlines, please contact our Operations team (Operations@wendywutours.co.uk). We can explore alternative options for you; however, additional flight charges may apply depending on availability
