This specactular 385km train journey takes 10 and a half hours. You'll travel through the the Peruvian Andes, the Abra La Raya mountain pass at 4,350 metres and the commercial hub of Juliaca. On the latter part of the route, you'll be able to look on in awe at the train's namesake as you hug the coast of the majestic Lake Titicaca before pulling into Puno station in the early evening.
