Very competent and helpful staff. Good value flight upgrades offered and easy and quick to book including flight seats. As a previous customer we had a great experience touring China and our national tour guide was exceptional. Lots of good authentic local food in local restaurants. Great company for escorted tours particularly China and far east.

I spoke to Julia on the phone. She was very professional and helpful. She offered extra days at the start and end of my proposed trip, booked airline seats, and answered all my questions. The email confirming my booking arrived within minutes. This included links to the Wendy Wu portal plus a detailed itinerary. The whole process was very clear and straightforward. I have confidence in Wendy Wu's staff and the quality of my forthcoming holiday.

Our 1st guide was not the best apparently our original guide couldn't do this tour. Our next 2 were excellent . this was rated as a level 1. the long bus trips probably level 2. there was a very long bus ride several hours with our 1st comfort stop 4hrs into the trip, a bit too long for us oldies! I think the tour could be a day or so longer as it was rushed at times.
the tour was great overall and I enjoyed it .

Your comments about the first guide, the longer coach journeys, and the timing of comfort stops are valuable and will be shared with our operations team for review. Saudi Arabia is a vast destination, and travel between some of the key highlights can involve longer drives, but feedback like yours helps us continue refining the pacing and overall comfort of the itinerary.
