Very friendly and helpful. Extremely patient.

Stephen Jordan who I spoke with yesterday on the phone, was truly excellent, so helpful and I did not feel I was being ‘sold’ any product, he (Steve) took his time to explain everything to me and my husband, there was no pressure and he was so friendly yet professional and his attention to detail was great. Really happy (so far) with Wendy Wo Tours, thank you.

We had problems booking a tour on their website, unable to use a valid discount code and being charged surcharges from a main airport, when the literature suggests that we wouldn’t!
Rang and spoke to Natasha, who was very helpful and managed to solve the problems to our satisfaction.
I can’t comment on the tour itself yet, as it is for 2027, but the booking experience over the phone was a very good start…

Very good

Plenty of information received before the trip in order to prepare. The tour guide, Charles, was professional, calm and confident whilst maintaining a light-hearted atmosphere. The itinerary was full and made the tour good value for money. Each day worked like clockwork and we always knew where to be and what to expect. I would thoroughly recommend this tour.

Excellent service.
Very efficient
Really enjoyed the roadshow and booked a holiday afterwards

We found all members of staff extremely helpful and going that extra mile to help us. We have been loyal Wendy Wu travellers and have always had fantastic adventures from the level of communication to the local guides. Hotels and guest houses have always been of a high standard, They go to places some have never heard of! You have a taste of local culture, cuisine and make memories for a lifetime.

We had one exception on a recent trip to Issyk Kul in Kyrgyzstan where the hotel we stayed at was hosting participants from the Triathlon, which had obviously been planned before. Consequently participants were preparing for the event the next morning and all the pasta and rice along with most of the buffet dinner had been consumed and supplies exhausted. We also had to leave the next morning before closure of the main road. This information should have been shared by the country representatives with Wendy Wu head office so that a change in the itinerary could have been made.

Always quick and quality service.

Everyone I spoke to was knowledgeable and clear in their information. Nothing was too complicated or difficult for them to answer. It was an entirely positive experience and I am now looking forward to my trip.
