Thank you very much for sharing your thoughts on your tour with us in October 2024. We are truly sorry to hear that parts of the experience did not meet your expectations and that it has taken you some time to feel ready to write about it.

We have operated this itinerary many times and unfortunately as we did not receive any feedback from yourself or your fellow travellers during the tour, it is difficult for us to look into the details so many months later. That said, we completely understand how disappointing it must have felt for you at the time.

India is a remarkable but also challenging destination, and we do ask our customers to be prepared for changes and flexibility due to the nature of travel there. However, our belief is that the itinerary was carried out as planned.

We are especially sorry to hear that the visit to Varanasi affected your asthma. Your health and comfort are very important to us, and we will take this feedback on board to ensure we continue providing clear guidance to future travellers about what to expect.
