Passport and Visa Information

Visa requirements are also regularly changing and vary from country to country, however we will let you know if you need a visa for your holiday and will contact you closer to your departure date with information on how to obtain your visa.

If you do require a visa for your chosen destination, we include the cost of the relevant visa service (for UK British Citizen passport holders) in your fully inclusive tour price. However if you reside outside of the UK or are a non-UK passport holder, additional fees may apply, or you may need to apply for your visa independently.

Wendy Wu Tours does not guarantee that you will be issued a visa for your holiday as each passenger has different personal circumstances, the decision to approve a visa is down to the relevant Embassy. Wendy Wu Tours acts as a third party with no influence on the visa decision. The relevant Embassy or Consulate has the right to request the applicant to provide additional supporting documents or to come to the Embassy or the Consulate for an interview. In the event you are asked to attend an interview, we will notify you immediately with the times and the dates. If you wish, you can organise your own visa. If so, please let us know.
