This was our first tour and we were extremely impressed by the organisation and the standards. The size of our group (19) was not overwhelming and allowed us to get to know our fellow travellers well. Our guide Jason was absolutely outstanding at his job. He was caring and knowledgeable with a good sense of humour, which added to the experience.

However, online prices shown is misleading when discounts for both '2-person' and 'single person' are shown on the website. When the 'single-person' button is ticked the non-discounted price goes up compared to that which is displayed when '2-person' button is ticked.

Arti has been really helpful with my latest booking. Giving me time and space to make the right holiday choices.
I have now booked 4 trips with Wendy Wu for the following reasons;
First trip to Borneo was faultless. The tour director Wayne created a memorable trip for all of us, and a year on, all of us remain in contact. The mix of restaurants/cafes chosen was just right , the food was good everywhere. Wayne was calm and professional in all situations and as a result I felt confident to go ahead and book further trips.
Nikki in the flights department has been exceptional, re my trip to Indonesia. She has delivered a personalised service for a very fair and reasonable price.
Overall I would say Wendy Wu has got it right on every level; varied tours, good quality accommodation and meals, backed up by an approachable back office that treat you fairly and give good value for money.

On the whole this was an amazing trip, marred but a disappointing Christmas Day. What was supposed to be a trip highlight turned out to be a fly-ridden starter, followed by a cold roast dinner and an OK dessert. All served next to the toilet! There were tables available in the restaurant that would have accommodated us. Looking at the reviews, it looks like the Vineyard only puts tours by the smelly toilets!

Amazing experience its very cold was advised to layer up with clothes. I had four layers on at the time but bought some wind/weatherproof trousers to add to the layers I already had on as I was still feeling cold. The park is really good plenty of sculptures to see. They look so beautiful lit up at night. Theres various activities to do but when I went was told we needed a Chinese esim QR card to access some activities. Unfortunately I didn't have a Chinese esim but still didn't stop me having fun. Spent 5 hours there taking pics. Had a go at archery etc plenty of shops inside. Loved the Starbucks at Number 4 all though I suggest you get in there quick alot of there drinks was sold out by time I was there. Bought some lovely souvenirs. The drone show was amazing. In the middle is a huge stage set up for performances for you to watch. A well recommended experience

I phoned Wendy Wu to book a tour. I was interested in the cost of different options for flights and the person I spoke to (Steve) was happy to get the information I needed and passed it on in an understandable manner.
