Our Service: Excellent

Always wanted to go to Costa Rica but other companies only went for approx 8 days and did not include most meals.
This tour with Wendy Wu was 14 days and went to all parts of the country.
Staff member, Lusanne was most helpful and was able to deal with my queries efficiently and and effectively.

Brilliant from start to finish. Our tour guide Carlos could not do enough for us, his enthusiasm and kindness really made the tour special. Every day was planned to include as much as possible without feeling rushed or that you were missing out on anything. We saw so much wildlife and beautiful scenery it was truly the trip of a. Lifetime. We saw sloths, monkeys, crocodiles, lizards, toucans, experienced the culture, tasted the delicious food and met so many wonderful people. I would definitely recommend this holiday. Pura vida!

Our Tour: Excellent

Carlos, our guide was excellent. Enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the wild life. The driver, Mariano. and the relief we had for a day were both v good. Both also spotted wildlife and pulled over.
The activities arranged were all good. The night walk and the inflatable boat is particular were superb.
The3 days on the pacific coast were an anti-climax. The area is horribly built up, brash and American. We all found it a culture shock. I would much rather have remained somewhere more wild and remote

Our Tour: Good

We enjoyed our Costa Rica trip very much, and our guide Izaac was extremely knowledgeable.
His sunny personality, and that of Javier the driver, meant that the group had many laughs. If Isaac didn't know about something, he soon found out and got back to us.
They were meticulous all the time about hand cleansing before we boarded the coach.
The hotels were all excellent, the food not always brilliant, but then we accepted that rice and beans would always be on every menu along with other choices.
This was our forth Wendy Wu tour and we hope to go somewhere with you next year.

We would be grateful if you could send us your new brochure for next year.

We thought the programme was very good and we explored quite a lot of Costa Rica. There was a nice combination of meals supplied and time to buy your own meals.
Isaac, our tour guide, was excellent. Very knowledgeable, with a good sense of humour who looked after us very well. Good organisation from Wendy Wu and friendly helpful staff when you ring.

We have been on two of their tours, are shortly to go on a third and have booked for a fourth next year. We can honestly say that everything is well organised from the initial booking with a friendly and helpful representative.The guides we had were excellent and the hotels well chosen. Thoroughly enjoyable experiences.

Our Service: Good

We had an excellent guide , knowledgeable,efficient, safety conscious, a sense of humour and took the trouble to get to know us all . Sadly the Hilton hotel in San Jose let us down badly on the last two evenings with poor food and terrible service on the last night , a night we should have had a special evening as it was the last we spent together . We felt sorry for our guide .

Well organised in every way. Our extremely knowledgeable and pleasant guide Alex made our tour. Nothing was a problem to him. As 2 single ladies we felt safe and valued - thoroughly enjoying our Costa Rica adventure, despite the weather.
