Fabulous. Made even more so by the quality of the two tour guides provided in Vietnam and Cambodia. They were very informative not only in the history but the cultural & spiritual aspects of the places they made sure we saw. Hopefully this feedback will get to those two individuals; a big thank you to them both. Hotels were well chosen to be less commercial, more boutique, well located and high quality.

We've come home exhausted from a truly fabulous trip around Cambodia and Vietnam and feel that we've seen pretty much everything these beautiful countries have to offer. The tour guides/managers, Vutha and Hoang, were both fantastic and extremely knowledgeable, all the hotels were excellent and the food all very good, if a bit repetitive and too plentiful at lunchtimes. A very busy full-on tour with very little relaxation time, but everything ran like clockwork and we were never kept waiting long for the coach or food or anything, which allowed us to see so many lovely things in the short time we were there.

The group of fellow travelers made the holiday, a great crowd to be with. I thought that the hotels in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi would have benefited from being more centrally located. The meals provided were acceptable but lacked variety. Halong Bay was far too crowded with boats. This lead to pollution of both the air and sea, making not the hoped for experience. The guide, Robin, was great and nothing was ever a problem.

Relaxing interlude in our ‘full on’ Cambodia and Vietnam group tour. Was good to have a slightly more laid back few days before and after an otherwise hectic schedule.

The most remarkable tour, so very enjoyable, covering Vietnam from South to North. Great group of people, good hotels, excellent itinerary-but what really made it special was our wonderful guide, Kim. He was so organised, knowledgeable and kind that we could not have asked for better- thank you Kim for showing us your beautiful (albeit slighted at times!) country x

Fabulous holiday- very intense with little down time but packed so much in plus a few extras. Both Cambodia & Vietnam guides were superb and very knowledgeable.

Thiep, the guide in Vietnam, was excellent.
The guide in Laos was good. The guide in Cambodia was very pleasant but left me behind when I gave way to a large group of children so I visited Angkor Wat, the main reason for my booking the tour, mostly on my own.

A more central location in Luang Prabang would have been appreciated - to be able to relax in the town

The Vietnam airlines booking was a big mix up with the wrong data inserted for one passenger. So early choice of seats was not possible. More info on alternative flights at the booking stage would have been helpful as we would have preferred to arrive in HCM not Hanoi.

It was a really enjoyable holiday. It was extremely varied and well organised. The group and our guide Mr Duc made the holiday.

Food was good and we ate in lots of different places. The acrobat show in Ho An was amazing.

Weather was not quite what we expected, it was hot in Singapore (this was an add on to the tour) and Saigon, it became cooler in Ho An and then turned cold in Hue, Hanoi and Halong Bay.

Halong Bay was spectacular but would have been better if it had been warm and sunny

I thoroughly enjoyed this trip. My first time with Wendy Wu and first time as a guest rather than a tour leader. Firstly to say that Tuan our leader was exceptional. Very knowledgeable, fun and a good leader. When 2 of the group had to stay on for medical reasons, he dealt with things calmly and was always in control. Generally hotels were good. Clearly with all meals included there wasn't going to be much choice. However a set dinner for 95% of all meals got a little bit tedious. Would definitely book Wendy Wu again.

Fantastic holiday, Vietnam at a glance, its in the name. Packed tours every day with meals in between the tours. Lots of walking and sightseeing. amazing local tour guide, who went out his way to explain everything.

My only complaint would be too much food. Lighter lunches would be my preference instead of 6 courses. Other than that loved the trip.

We spent 3 nights in Siem Reap we were greeted at the airport by our guided for the next three days and drivers. We had tours around the Ankor Wat.Ban and several others in the area. We went to the Night Circus along with a lovely meal. Our guide and driver were very good. We were then picked up along with approx 12 other guests and taken to board the boat on The Mekong it was a long drive with a lunch stop and toilet breaks on the way.
We were warmly greeted on the boat and had a Cambodia guide with us from collecting at the airport until we arrived in Vietnam where were picked up by another guide.
The service by the staff on the boat was excellent. The food was good. Each day we had tours which were good as we had our guided with us along with transport.
It was my wife's birthday whilst away and the presented a cake and sung to her. The bed was also made up with a birthday wish.
On Arriving at our final port in Vietnam we were transported to Saigon along with our guided on arrival at Saigon we then collected our local guide and driver who arranged all of our included tours. We stayed here in the Central Palace Hotel. Which was the worst Hotel we stayed in. We were on the 11th floor but it was very noisy room due to traffic and the windows not closing properly. We reported this to receipt they were unhelpful. We were also notified when we arrived in our room that the pool was closed as was the bar and would not be available for the whole time we were there. But no real apology from the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel.

A fabulous tour of Cambodia & Vietnam which was a great & varied experience on many levels. The local guides were amazing sharing their own personal experiences and keeping us all informed on the history and traditions relevant to the countries. They were both constantly ensuring the group were happy and aware of arrangements to keep us on track. The choice of hotels, coaches & their drivers and restaurants were all of a very high standard. The whole experience was definitely inline with the commitments made in the brochure.

This was an amazing trip, filled with all of the things you would want to explore in Cambodia and Vietnam. It is more of an overview than a deeper exploration but was great to experience so many wonderful places.

I would have given 5 stars but felt that the food let the trip down. There was a lot of food and mainly the quality was great but there was far too much food served at each meal, 4 courses for lunch and then the same for dinner. There was not a lot of variation in the menus and this was disappointing not to experience the vibrant culnerary experiences of both countries.

Both guides were great, especially Ky in Vietnam who quietly went above and beyond.

As a single traveller I was disappointed not to have been offered one of the "better" rooms on occasions, especially when I had paid more than most of the couples.

That said the whole trip was a gorgeous experience and one that I am still processing as there was so much I saw. I met wonderful people on the trip and the experiences will stay with me a lifetime.

I would have no hesitation in booking with Wendy Wuu again.

Both guides for Cambodia and Vietnam were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The trip was busy, but felt we saw as much as we could in the time.
