Most of the hotels were below par. The food quality and hygiene was so low that everyone was sick at some point. Even our guide was unwell one day. One of our transfers did not show up and we had to pay for a taxi to make our flight. This was our second holiday with Wendy Wu, but probably will be the last.

Really enjoyed it. Hemal, the guide, was very good, really knowledgeable and helpful. The itinerary covered everything although we weren’t lucky enough to see any tigers. Would definitely recommend this tour in particular and Wendy Wu in general

This was a full on tour quite tiring but worth it , I was in a great group very friendly as I was on my own .
All the accommodation was excellent the coach driver and assistant were very helpful then there was our tour guide Ajay very knowledgeable and always available to sort out any problems the tour programme was well planned, there was quite long periods of time on the coach which was good to see country side or catch up on some sleep, the food was good and plentiful even though I don't eat curry or spicy food always found something to eat
Think that's it hope I didn't miss anything out.

The tour is excellent and gives you a thorough Indian experience. Hotels are good though the final one could do with being upgraded. Food is plentiful though does get a tad boring with being the same buffet all along the tour. The locations visited are excellent but could do with more free time especially at the Agra Fort and one too many trades visited - no need for the jewellery trip. Lots of time spent in the coach though this was offset by being comfortable and the driver being brilliant. We lost a bag on arrival at the airport and were very, very disappointed with the total lack of assistance from the tour company in getting it recovered from the airline and if it hadn't been for our children back in the UK chasing it up for us I don't think that we would ever have got it back. Therefore, tour was excellent but customer service on the ground was very poor.

We found the tour to be a great insight into the culture, historical sights and nature of India, and were very glad that we went on it to experience all these amazing things, as well as meeting a great group people!

To date the service has been excellent and though we've only just completed the booking stage we're hopeful that the rest of the experience lives up to the current satisfaction level.

Never booked with Wendy Wu before. The operatives were really helpful and it was an easy process. I mainly dealt with Julia who was great.

Well I only did booking on line which was easy except it wouldn't take my card so had to use another one that's Barclays for you . I received confirmation straight away and I was very pleased with the service I received.
I used these because someone recommended them to me and I hope they live up to there repretation .

This tour was a fantastic insight into India. A really enjoyable experience despite the extreme heat and long distances travelled. The hotels were all of a goid standard and our guide was very attentive to the difering needs of our group. There were many highlights but the absolutely best experience was observing 5 tigers in their natural habitat - absolutely priceless!

Very enjoyable tour, lots of interesting sights to see ; Taj Mahal, Amber fort, The Tigers at Rathambore national park.
Hotels of a good standard.
Be prepared to see lots of poverty and to be approached by hawkers & beggars.

Only downside was being ripped off by the Park Hotel re the cost of alcoholic drinks.

Firstly our guide Ajay was brilliant. He looked after the group fantastically. Sadly a number of our group became unwell at times and as necessary, Ajay provided all of the support required, including arranging for a doctor on at least two occasions.
India is a fascinating country with contrasts at every turn. The visitor sites we visited were amazing particularly the Taj Mahal at sunrise, a very beautiful moment.
The downside for us was the considerable distances between the various sites. This became quite tiring especially for those not feeling to well. I completely get that the tour is designed to take in the sights within the duration of the holiday but we felt less travelling and the odd day to rest and recuperate would have made the experience more enjoyable. In essence for us the itinerary was too busy with early starts, long travel distances and late ish hotel arrivals.
Overall we enjoyed the experience but would encourage caution regarding the itinerary especially in the heat we had in late March.

I thought the tour was a wonderful introduction to India. Fitted so much in over the tour. Very grateful that the coach was wonderfully air conditioned & very comfortable as there was a lot of travelling. Perfect for relaxing & watching the world go by in between visiting the cities & sites. I certainly would have struggled to fit so much in in the same time period if I had tried the same itinerary on my own. 

Amazing experience! We travelled in Feb 2025 and had Raj for our tour guide. He was flexible and did everything possible to accommodate requests for additional adventures. So, we did far more than the itinerary. We accomplished all 3 highlights, even seeing a tiger. It was magical, emotional and touched us all. She was beautiful. We were later told we only had a 20% chance of seeing a tiger in February, which made it even more special. Be prepared to be fit and healthy, as the days whizz by and are packed full of adventures, quality shopping experiences and unforgettable sights. Plus great local food. If you are flexible and open to new experiences you'll have a great time.
