Our Tour: average

Outward bound flights with Air India were atrocious. Little choice of food, disinterested staff, locked and/or blocked toilets. Holiday itself, excellent tour guide but over ambitious programme. Early starts every morning, (06.00 to 06.30) and living out of your suitcase. Return flights could have been direct with a different carrier.
Enjoyed the holiday overall but it was hard work and that is the opinion over the entire group.

All great, including tour guides. Only problem was a very poor boat on Halong Bay. We had water on the floor of our toilet - lots! General quality of boat was terrible.

Excellent tour of Vietnam but sometimes too much travelling on the coach and not enough quality time in some of the fabulous destinations
The meals also could be a little repetitive
Our tour leader Qui (Tom) was most excellent and a fantastic ambassador for his country 🇻🇳

A great holiday, packed with interesting places to see and visit. Everything was well planned and it was good that all meals were included. We had a wonderful guide in Lap, he was very knowledgeable, helpful and went out of his way to make sure we all had a good holiday. A wonderful ambassador for his country and Wendy Wu holidays

Fabulous holiday but group size was much too big
Lap was a brilliant guide as very knowledgeable but would prefer him not to sell us extras as this meant we missed shopping in the best market on the trip
That was quite upsetting

Despite dodging the worst cyclones for decades this was a magnificent holiday with an outstanding guide.
This was our second holiday with Wendy Wu and we were certainly not disappointed.
Great holiday itinerary with outstanding sights and experiences. When the weather turned against us our guide, with help from a hard working back office, took everything in his stride changing the itinerary cancelling/booking hotels and restaurants.
Our bus driver and his assistant were first class!

The guide on our trip was second to none

The most remarkable tour, so very enjoyable, covering Vietnam from South to North. Great group of people, good hotels, excellent itinerary-but what really made it special was our wonderful guide, Kim.
