"We are never satisfied until you come back and travel with us again" - Wendy Wu, Founder & Chairwoman

At Wendy Wu Tours, we want to know what you think about the service you receive when you book with us and what you thought about your tour itself. It's this vital information that helps us to improve in the future.

With this in mind, we have teamed up with independent review company feefo. Once you have made a booking or returned from one of our tours, you'll receive an email from feefo asking you to rate your experience with us.

We then display these reviews right here, completely untouched by us, so you can trust them 100%.

We were humbled to receive so much positive feedback from clients affected by the onset of the Coronavirus crisis. We hope the positive experience of customers, who still managed to enjoy their tours even as the pandemic hit, shows how wonderful your experience will be once we all get travelling again.

We also have more fantastic reviews from around the globe on TripAdvisor, including many 5 star!

Our Tour: Good
Overall it was very good and our tour manager Corinna outstanding. I was advised to go a day early to be in time for the opening dinner on day one but was not met at the airport and others arrived too late for the dinner to go ahead anyway. Lunches and dinners in my printed itinerary for the first two days were not provided.

The hotels and meals were very good on the whole and all the flights and transportation worked very smoothly. The exception was the catamaran which was out of service on Lake Titicaca and we went to the island and had lunch on a smaller vessel and then had a long coach journey to overnight on the catamaran which was not prepared for us in terms of food and drink and baggage handling, there was no safe way to board and no security at night. The trip on the reed boat was moved to that side of the lake.

In country tour guides varied with very good ones in Bolivia and Chile and at the Iguazu falls and Rio de Janiero but the guide in Mendoza was flippant, not fluent in English and abandoned us at the airport. The guide in Buenos Aires and the Pampas just could not stop talking.

There were days when we had breakfast, lunch and dinner which was too much and others when we just had breakfast and the meals could have been better spaced out.

The trip was full of highglights Machu Picchu, Ollantaytambo, blue train, Cusco, Salar de Uyuni, San Pedro De Atacama. desert, Moon Valley, Valparaiso, Maipu Valley, Buenos Aires, Pampas, Iguazu falls and Rio. We spent one day too long in Mendoza and not enough time in Rio.

I would recommend the trip but as it was the first one post the covid cancellations there were several things that could be improved and tightened up

Our Service: Good
Our Tour: Good
Overall a very good tour, however some small details would improve our experience. 1) The Guides need better English to convey their excellent knowledge. 2) They need to wait for all the group to catch up before speaking. 3)Two three course meals per day is too much, lunch needs to be lighter. 4) Rio has 3 major attractions other than its beaches, Christ the redeemer, Sugar Loaf mountain and the Olympic stadium. Yet only 1 was included on the tour and 1 was an optional extra. The Olympic stadium was ignored completely. Shame! 5) The altitude in Peru And Bolivia affected a lot of our group ourselves included, perhaps more warning could have helped us to prepare. We still loved these Countries and the whole tour. Thank You for arranging everything.
