guide , driver , good at there job

we have been on 3 other holidays with you-but this is the one that didn't come up to our expectations
first week too many temples-you get that you cannot take any more information in
we went to two parks , where we were supposed to see animals
we saw 1 deer , 1 monkey .
I do realise that animals are not performers , but those two trips were a waste of time - we had been to Kenya into parks there and saw numerous animals
this trip also consisted of 2 tea plantation visits -why?
the one with the musemn was the one to do

We were very disappointed to hear your tour did not meet all of your expectations and regret you were not able to see more animals during your visit. this is the first time we have had this bought to our attention and would love if you are able to provide us with more feedback.

Various Plantations have procedures and facilities that differ in interest from passenger to passenger but, we understand you felt this was not a good use of your time.
